Should I stay near Turia or Karmajhiri?
Book the stay beside the gate your permits are for, because the two gates are a long drive apart. Turia has far more choice. Karmajhiri is quieter, with only a few lodges.
Are there resorts on the Maharashtra side of Pench?
Yes, but fewer. Around Sillari there's MTDC Sillari, Olive Resort and a few smaller stays. It suits short trips from Nagpur.
Can I stay inside Pench?
The MP forest department runs forest rest houses at Karmajhiri, Jamtara, Kumbhpani, Ghatkohka and Rukhad, booked through the Field Director's office in Seoni. They're simple but atmospheric.
