1. Wild Excursions may cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, disasters, strikes, political unrest, or force majeure events.
2. In case of modifications or cancellations, Wild Excursions will try to provide suitable alternative transportation and accommodation.
3. Participants will bear any additional costs for alternative arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Participants cannot claim damages or losses from force majeure situations.
5. Wild Excursions is not responsible for injury, disability, or loss of life from accidents during excursions.
6. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, but our guides will maximize your chances of seeing animals in their natural habitat.
7. No refund will be granted if the tour is canceled or altered due to reasons beyond Wild Excursions' control.
8. No refund will be granted if a participant cannot complete the excursion due to personal medical conditions.
9. Participants must pay 50% of the tour fees in advance to confirm booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
10. Standard cancellation policy:
- 100% refund if canceled before 120 days.
- 75% refund if canceled before 60 days.
- 50% refund if canceled 45-60 days.
- 25% refund if canceled 30-45 days.
- No refund if canceled within 30 days of departure.
