Booking

Trips shown on this site are itinerary examples, not confirmed bookings. Availability, exact pricing, and dates are confirmed directly with you after you submit an enquiry or speak with one of our team. A booking is confirmed once a 50% advance payment is received; the remaining balance is due at least 30 days before your tour departure date.

Pricing

Prices displayed are indicative and can change based on group size, season, and availability at the time of booking. We'll always confirm final pricing with you before you pay anything.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent by email. Refunds are calculated from your tour cost based on how far ahead of departure you cancel:

• 120 days or more before departure — 100% refund
• 60 days or more before departure — 75% refund
• 45–60 days before departure — 50% refund
• 30–45 days before departure — 25% refund
• Within 30 days of departure, or no-show — no refund

Approved refunds are processed within 7–8 working days, to the bank details you provide, less any bank or transaction fees. As an alternative to a refund, we're also happy to rebook your trip for a future departure date at no change fee. Travelers are responsible for any non-refundable third-party expenses they've incurred, such as flights.

Force majeure & on safari

Wild Excursions may need to modify or cancel a tour due to circumstances outside our control — severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or a change in forest department rules. Where this happens, we'll make every reasonable effort to offer suitable alternative arrangements; any additional cost this creates is borne by the traveler, and no refund is owed for schedule changes made for these reasons.

Wildlife safaris take place in natural, unpredictable environments, and no sighting is ever guaranteed — our naturalists and drivers use their experience to give you the best possible chance. Travelers are expected to follow their guide's and driver's instructions at all times, for their own safety and the safety of the wildlife. Wild Excursions is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a safari or from events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Umred district, Maharashtra.
